NO REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds on any orders once they are placed and processed.

REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY

We offer replacement only under the following conditions:

• Wrong size received
• Damaged product
• Printing defect or manufacturing issue

To be eligible for a replacement:

• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact

NON-ELIGIBLE CASES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Replacement will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences
• Incorrect size selected by the customer (size chart is provided for reference)

REPLACEMENT PROCESS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

To request a replacement, follow these steps:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of delivery
2. Share your Order ID and clear images of the product
3. Our team will verify the issue within 24–48 hours
4. Once approved, we will initiate the replacement process

SHIPPING CHARGES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• In case of defective/damaged product: We will bear the shipping cost
• In case of size exchange: Customer may need to bear shipping charges

COD ORDERS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are verified before dispatch
• ₹40 COD charge is applicable to avoid fake orders
• Refusal to accept COD orders may lead to future order restrictions

ORDER CANCELLATION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
